Data collected by Macchina CP5 SL constitutes proof of transactions between Macchina CP5 SL and purchasers.

Contractual information will be automatically requested by Macchina CP5 SL via its web site.

 

Availability of products

Macchina CP5 SL will do everything possible to meet the demand for its products.

If demand is not met, the amount of time required to return money to the client’s bank account will depend on the type of card used and the conditions of each banking entity.

If a product is not available after the order has been placed or in the case of partial shipment or cancellation of the order before the product has been shipped, the purchaser will be notified via email or by telephone.

If payment has been made at the time when the purchaser is informed that an item is not available, the client will be reimbursed for the corresponding amount and informed via email. Once this process has been initiated Macchina CP5 SL will return funds to the purchaser using the method of payment used by the purchaser or other means as quickly as possible.

 

Payment

Purchases may be paid for by credit card and PayPal. We accept the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard.

The amount of the purchase will be charged to the bank card account once confirmation of authorisation has been received from bank payment centres.

If the bank rejects the payment, the order will be cancelled automatically.

If the purchase has been made successfully and the purchaser demands cancellation of the charges the purchaser should notify CP5 SL of any damages and the reason for the cancellation.

If the point of sale terminal indicates that the card has been rejected, the order will be cancelled automatically and the purchaser informed thereof via email.

Other payment methods may be accepted upon prior agreement.

 

Security

For your safety, Macchina CP5 SL uses the SERVIRED (La Caixa) credit card payment system via their payment gateway.

Banking data entered is encrypted and transmitted securely to a server of the banking entity. They are then verified with the issuing bank in order to prevent possible fraudulent use.

 

Shipment and shipment costs

For shipments to Spain (including the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands):

Shipments in Spain are done by courier. The product is shipped upon receipt of payment.

The cost of packaging and shipment is free.

 

For shipments to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

Are done by Courier. The product is shipped upon receipt of payment.

The cost of packaging and shipment is 15 euros.

 

For shipments inside the EUROPEAN UNION:

Shipments in European Union are done by courier. The product is shipped upon receipt of payment.

The cost of packaging and shipment is: 15 euros.

 

For shipments outside the EUROPEAN UNION:

Shipments outside the European Union are done by courier. The product is shipped upon receipt of payment.

The cost of packaging and shipment is: 30 euros.

 

All fees, duties, customs and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Macchina CP5 SL is not responsible for return shipping if the purchaser does not retrieve the package from customs.

 

 

Delivery and place of delivery

Products will be shipped to the address provided by the client when the order is placed.

In order to ensure prompt delivery, we ask that the purchaser supply an address where the shipment can be delivered within regular business hours.

Macchina CP5 SL will inform the client when the shipment has left its warehouse via email and provide the client with a telephone number which can be used to enquire about the status of the order.

Each shipment shall be considered completed when the product has been made available by the courier to the purchaser and verified via the control system used by the courier. It is the responsibility of the recipient of the order to check the condition of the delivery and to make any claims or complaints which may seem reasonable at that time, including the possibility of not accepting the delivery if it has been opened or if there are signs of damage or deterioration.

Any claims or complaints should be sent to Macchina CP5 SL via email to the address supplied on the page macchinacp5.com.

 

Returns

All products sold by Macchina CP5 SL can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery in accordance with the stipulations of the Spanish retail trade regulation act (Ley de Comercio Minorista española).

Prior to shipment, the purchaser should make their intent to return the product known to Macchina CP5 SL via email within 7 days.

The message should provide reference numbers for the merchandise and detail the reason for the return. Macchina CP5 SL will respond via email with instructions for the return of the product. From this time, the purchaser has 3 calendar days to return the product in question to the address provided by Macchina CP5 SL.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.

Reimbursement to the client for returned merchandise will be made as quickly as possible after the reception of the merchandise by Macchina CP5 SL.

In no case shall reimbursement take place if the products show signs of use.

The products must be properly protected for return shipment, in their original packaging, in perfect condition (neither damaged nor soiled by the client), and with all accessories, instructions and documentation. The merchandise is to be delivered to the address provided by Macchina CP5 SL in the instructions provided in the email for the return of the merchandise.

If the returned merchandise is not accepted by the supplier because the product has been used, the merchandise will remain in the supplier’s warehouse for the client to collect for a period of not more than thirty days from the date of return.

Packages lacking elements such as the order number, name and address which can be used to identify the sender will not be accepted.

Costs and liabilities related to the return of merchandise will be the responsibility of the sender, who must ensure that the merchandise is sent in a secure manner with any necessary guarantees to ensure that the merchandise arrives in a perfectly preserved condition. Reimbursement will made for returned merchandise for an amount equal to the purchase price.

This reimbursement does not include delivery costs.

Everyone who returns a product will receive an email stipulating the amount of their reimbursement. Macchina CP5 SL will not accept returns which do not comply with the above conditions.

 

Guarantee

The supplier will be responsible for any lack of compliance at the time of delivery of the merchandise in accordance with the terms of Law 23/2003 of 10th July for the guarantee of sale of consumer goods (Ley 23/2003 de Garantías en la Venta de Bienes de Consumo) which provides the consumer with the right to a repair, replacement or reduction in price of merchandise and for the termination of the contract. The guarantee is valid for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase and covers any material or manufacturing defect existing on the date on which the CP5 watch is purchased.

The guarantee is not considered valid without the proper certification of origin and guarantee, date, stamp and signature of an official CP5 dealer.

The guarantee does not cover: defects which are the result of accidents, improper or abusive use (knocks, crushing, etc.), use of batteries, unauthorised manipulation or repair, or normal wear and tear and aging of the watch (for example: scratches on the glass, changes in colour of the material, wear of the band).

 

Modification of the general purchase conditions

Macchina CP5 SL reserves the right to modify these general purchase conditions without prior notice. This includes alteration, elimination or supplementation of the contents and services provided by Macchina CP5 SL as well as the form in which these are presented and provided in its servers.
